2023 Launch Campaign

 Loco Burrito Grillers



I led a talented team of creatives in developing and executing highly engaging digital and social media campaigns for the launch of the El Pollo Loco “Loco Burrito Grillers”.



               Packaging

We partnered with Mexican artist Raul Urias to create the eye-catching graphics shown in the Burrito Grillers box. These graphics tell the story of where the burritos originated. We took this story even further and created social media content explaining the meaning behind the graphics.




                    Organic Content

  To build anticipation for the launch, we started the campaign with a series of organic teaser posts on social media, designed to generate hype and excitement for the upcoming Loco Burrito Grillers release.



TikTok           

TikTok posts focused on making the food look mouthwatering and by using trending sounds we were able to get tons of organic impressions.

                    Influencers

Our micro influencers campaign helped spread the word about the new Loco Burrito Grillers. This was a very successful way of keeping the momentum going.
Paid Media                   

The paid media campaign focused on showing the product in a more straightforward way directing consumers to place an order. This combined with organic content made for a very successful campaign, not only on metrics but in the sales of a brand-new product from El Pollo Loco.




            Digital Banners and e-Mail

We launched digital banners on very specific sites that worked well with our strategy. To connect with the gaming community, we targeted sites like Twitch, YouTube, and Vox. For the foodies, we kept it simple: Yelp and Google.
